A Scripture-Inspired Way To Celebrate Easter And Make Children Disciples
MATTHEW 13:44-46
The Parables of the Hidden Treasure and the Pearl
44 “The kingdom of heaven is like TREASURE HIDDEN in a FIELD. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that FIELD.
45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine PEARLS. 46 When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.

“Hop Over, Easter Bunny”
Meet Pearl™: The Heart of EKT
Stepping into the role once held by secular traditions like the Easter Bunny, Pearl the Treasure Keeper is a joyful, faith-based character who brings the true meaning of Easter to life for children. Her identity is illuminated directly from the Parable of the Hidden Treasure and the Pearl of Great Price in Matthew 13:44–46—it just makes sense! Churches, organizations, and families can bring Pearl to life by booking character visits during the Easter buildup, purchasing custom mascots, or downloading official brand graphics, logos, and Pearl artwork straight from our website to design their own responsible decorations, marketing materials, and social sharing.
Beyond the Egg: Year-Round Discipleship
Traditional plastic Easter eggs last for a day, leaving parents searching for ways to bridge a life-changing holiday into everyday discipleship (Matthew 28:19). Rooted in the profound truth of Matthew 13:44–46, our keepsake shapes transform ordinary moments into spiritual milestones:
The Heart Shape: Doubles as a prayer box where kids can drop written prayers throughout the week, creating meaningful family prayer rhythms.
The Dove Shape: Acts as a dinner-table or youth-group "talking stick," serving as a tangible, comforting reminder of the Holy Spirit's daily presence and power.
The Treasure Chest: Designed to inspire kids to look outward, holding notes, gift cards, or monetary gifts to remind others—the "Pearl of Great Price"—that they are God’s treasured creation.
